I initially approached them to set up a VPN for my trips overseas, they did it within a day and for a low cost. Dean personally negotiated my Rogers internet/mobile bill down by 35%. They also assisted with getting my home desktop/work-from-home setup sorted out. Quick responses, no upsell, everything worked perfectly the first time. Highly recommend this IT services company!

IT has no longer been an issue here. They have excellent for us, and Dean in particular is extremely quick at responding. They run our full Kubernetes stack and handle DevOps/GitOps for our internal applications. They installed a Hanwha camera system on a Linux/Ceph stack that’s been rock solid. They also manage our Helpdesk, Microsoft 365, firewalls, network.

KawaConnect has been great for TRE Construction. They set up our Microsoft 365, manage our firewalls with uptime monitoring, installed multiple CCTV systems, and built our networks and Wi-Fi across several locations. Everything ties together cleanly. They also made our websites and manage our on-prem Linux servers. Fast responses, clear communication, and reliable results. Easy five stars.

This company is amazing. They did all of our IT working including website, emails, and Google business listing. We had another company start the work that never followed through. These guys came through far better than anyone could expect. The prices were reasonable and the service is second to none. They provide continuous service for us on any questions we have and are always available. I highly recommend giving them a try if you need any IT solutions.
